The 1980’s built 5,500 sq ft detached industrial unit is located on a popular and well known industrial estate in the town. Using their local knowledge and expertise, Vickery Holman were able to successfully agree an increase to £4.25 per sq ft, following a 3 yearly review. With limited comparable evidence available of industrial units of that size and style in the immediate area, Vickery Holman were able to apply their local knowledge and expertise to analyse the available evidence and agree a favourable rent on behalf of their client.
