Business Rates: The long-awaited business revaluation comes into force on April 1st, resulting in rising rates bills for many businesses and owners. How will this affect you?
Not only that, but from March 31st 2023 you won’t be able to challenge any overpayments in business rates going back to 2017.
We can help you to ensure your Rateable Value is correct and, if necessary, prepare an appeal on your behalf. We can also advise on a wide range of business rates matters including empty property relief, small business rates relief, mitigation, new rating list entries and billing.
