Vickery Holman have recently valued several guest houses and hotels within the North Devon coastal village of Lynton. With a population of around 1,200 the village is reliant on the holiday season, it is a popular tourist destination known as the ‘Little Switzerland’.

Vickery Holman have a wide range of valuation knowledge across the regions and this is shown by being asked to value a hotel in Lynton for re-financing purposes comprising an 8 bedroom hotel with owners accommodation. The valuation was requested on a trading basis where we had regard to the profit and loss accounts.

Having completed that valuation, Vickery Holman were instructed to provide another valuation for a 13 bedroom Bed and Breakfast with owners accommodation again, with the valuation on a trading basis.
