Vickery Holman have built up a strong reputation in this area and have extensive knowledge of both the development market and local planning policy, which allows us to advise on how best to maximise land value for our clients. Development is often a long term affair and delivering value is often a strategic matter taking a futuristic view and promoting a sited development potential through the Local Development Plan process.

We sell all forms of residential and commercial development land, with or without planning permission and can advise on the most appropriate marketing strategy, produce marketing material and co-ordinate the marketing process before negotiating and agreeing terms and liaising with solicitors through to completion.

There are many deal structures which should be considered in the sale of development land, including outright sale, conditional sales, option agreements, promotional agreements, and development partnerships. Our team are familiar with the different arrangements and can advise on the merits and suitability of each structure in individual circumstances.
