Alan heads up the agency department and has been involved in most aspects of commercial property consultancy, specialising in agency work and covering all property types from retail, office and industrial to hotels, pubs and other going concerns. He has also been involved in investment disposals and acquisitions for retained clients and the sale of commercial and residential development land.
Alan graduated from college in Portsmouth in 1992 with a degree in land management and joined Vickery Holman in 1997, later becoming an Associate and then Director in 2010.
As well as his role at Vickery Holman, Alan is a committee member of the Newham Business Improvement District and the RICS Cornwall Area Local Association and is also on the Board of PAI – Property Agents Independent – a national network of regional commercial property firms.
Alan is a keen cyclist and a family man.
