Property Management Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

Working with the property management team in order to manage and deliver administrative support within their property portfolio. Providing appropriate coverage to the property management service as and when required.

The position is based in the office in the centre of Exeter.

Experience

Previous experience working with budgets would be preferable, but with strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to adapt to working with bespoke software.

Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a methodical approach is essential.

RICS qualified Commercial Property Manager

Role & Responsibilities

A diverse and expanding role involving hands on management of both residential and commercial property. Dealing with all aspects of property management from Client reporting, Landlord/Tenant liaison and appointment of contractors through to rent collection and complex service charge administration. Experience required and there will also be the opportunity to develop the role further.

Experience

• RICS qualified and with experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Must be good with figures and a ‘detail’ person
• Able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Able to assist other team members in answering questions, solving problems

Graduate General Practice Surveyor

Role & Responsibilities

We require additional graduate resource in our Bristol office to facilitate ongoing workload in the General Practice service, covering valuation, lease advisory, business rates and development. As a graduate surveyor, you will work towards your RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and will be given full support and training throughout the process.

Experience

Relevant RICS accredited degree.

Training:
Full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. We have a structured training programme, dedicated in house Training Manager and Assessors, with experienced Counsellors and Supervisors across all offices.
3 year fixed contract, with potential extension when qualified.

Agency Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

Rating Surveyor

Role & Responsibilities

Rating work is carried out for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals through to regional and National. The workload will be very broad and will include inspecting a wide range of commercial properties and leisure businesses; advising clients as to the accuracy of their rateable values; submitting Checks and Challenges on behalf of clients; advising on and implementing business rates mitigation strategies and preparing Council Tax appeals.

Role & Responsibilities

The role offers a level of autonomy, supported by a larger overall regional team.
