Role: Full time graduate in Commercial Real Estate. We require additional graduate resources to facilitate ongoing workload covering lease advisory, business rates, development and commercial agency. Candidates would ideally be about to start or already commenced the APC process.
Experience: Relevant RICS accredited degree. Applicants with non-cognate degrees, prepared to study for relevant post graduate diploma/Masters also welcome.
Training: Full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. We have a structured training programme, dedicated in house Training Manager and Assessors, with experienced Counsellors and Supervisors across all offices. 2.5 year fixed contract, with potential extension when qualified.
Start date: Immediate start available or a start date later in the year if desired by the candidate.

Role: Our growing Development Consultancy Team requires additional resource to facilitate on-going and increasing workload levels. We seek to recruit an experienced land agent to help grow the business across the South West, working closely with our existing team of professional and agency surveyors. The successful candidate would need to show experience and ability to immediately pick up-ongoing instructions ranging from single build plots through to large scale strategic sites.

Role : We are looking for a Valuation Surveyor located within our Bristol office, covering South Wales to work for our established team.
We work for a varied client base, from private individuals, SME’s, and regional and national clients providing a broad range of Valuations including Secured Lending, Pension, Tax, Asset and Acquisition valuations.
We undertake valuations on a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading.
