We are looking for a Valuation Surveyor located within our Bristol office, covering South Wales to work for our established team. We work for a varied client base, from private individuals, SME’s, and regional and national clients providing a broad range of Valuations including Secured Lending, Pension, Tax, Asset and Acquisition valuations. We undertake valuations on a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading.
The role has excellent prospects for progression within the firm, with a clear career pathway, this position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual.
Flexible office and home working options.
Candidates should ideally be MRICS RICS Registered Valuers with at least 5 years PQE with a proven track record of carrying out commercial valuation work for secured and non secured lending clients.
