Sam is a Director and part of the Vickery Holman board, originally joining in 2008 as a graduate. She heads up the valuation department across the four offices. She specialises in valuation, covering the South West for a broad range of property types and purposes.
Sam’s main clients include all the major banks and lenders as well as pension funds, property owners and charities.
Sam graduated with a BA (Hons) in Property Development and Planning and has worked across the South West, and is now based in the Exeter office.
Sam also has experience in compiling CPR compliant expert reports for a range of properties including trading leisure entities and core commercial properties.
As well as her role at Vickery Holman, Sam is a Non Executive board member for Cornerstone Housing Association and also a trustee for an Almshouse Charity in Exeter.
Sam’s interests include walking, sea swimming, running and is persevering with tennis lessons.
