Rebecca is a Director and Head of Valuation at Vickery Holman, leading the firm’s valuation services across its Truro, Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol offices.
She provides valuation advice for a broad range of purposes, including secured lending, inheritance and capital gains taxation, acquisition and disposal, pension funds, lease extensions and enfranchisement, and property disputes. She also undertakes retrospective valuations, SDLT valuations and apportionments, and valuations of minority and partial ownership interests.
Rebecca values a diverse range of commercial, residential and trade-related property, including retail, office and industrial premises, mixed-use investments, leasehold property, hotels, hospitality businesses and holiday parks. Drawing on her residential property background, she has particular expertise in the valuation of high-value coastal, town and country homes throughout Cornwall.
Her clients include major banks and specialist lenders, pension funds, solicitors, accountants, charities, property companies, investors and private clients. Rebecca is known for providing clear, practical and well-supported valuation advice, including on complex or unusual property interests.
Rebecca joined Vickery Holman in 2017 and was appointed Head of Valuation in 2024 and Director in 2025. She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management and is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
In October 2024, Rebecca was named Emerging Property Person of the Year at the Insider South West Property Awards.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys fitness, swimming and spending time with her family and friends.
