Having worked in the property market in Cornwall for over 10 years, Rebecca joined Vickery Holman and the General Practice Surveying service in 2017, with her role as Head of Truro Office and Senior Valuation Surveyor.
Rebecca provides valuation advice for a wide range of property types and purposes, including secured lending, capital taxation, acquisition and disposal, and leasehold reform. Her clients include major banks and lenders, pension funds, Charities, property owners and investors. Rebecca advises on a range of commercial, residential and trade related properties, including retail, office and industrial units, leasehold flats, hotels and holiday parks. With a residential background she has a particular interest in coastal, town and country high end properties.
Having joined the company as a graduate surveyor, Rebecca has a degree in Real Estate Management from University College of Estate Management in Reading, is a Member of RICS, Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. She is also an Honours Member of the Institute of Rating Revenues and Valuation. Rebecca was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023 and Head of Truro Office in 2022.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys fitness, swimming and socialising with friends and family.
