John joined Vickery Holman as part of the general practice department in the Exeter office in 2017.
He has undertaken valuations for both public and private sector clients as well as other lending institutions. In addition to valuation work, John has experience in landlord and tenant roles including surrenders, lease renewals and rent reviews for both landlord and tenant and public and private sector clients.
John graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2004 and has worked in both the private and public sector in the South West, becoming a member of the RICS in 2010. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer.
John has a young family to keep him busy and in his spare time likes to support the Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park.
