Clare heads up the commercial agency department in Exeter and provides strategic acquisition and disposal advice to a diverse range of businesses, property investment companies and private individuals.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Business and Management degree from the University of Exeter before returning to her ‘native’ South West in 2007 to develop her career in commercial property.
Becoming a member of the RICS in 2010, Clare has over 10 years of experience in the South West property market and has been instrumental in facilitating transactions of a diverse range of both high profile and smaller office, industrial, land and retail properties.
Results driven, Clare adopts a proactive and pragmatic approach to achieving her client’s objectives and enjoys ‘doing a deal’.
Outside of work, Clare likes to enjoy the best of the South West, either on horseback, running, being in the water, or socialising. She also enjoys the odd sporting or charity challenge.
