Following their successful management buyout in September 2019 and a strong trading year, SRL Traffic Systems Limited have appointed Vickery Holman and Temple Bright to help them asset manage their expanding number of depots across the UK and Ireland.

 

CEO Richard Tredwin commented: ‘SRL has expanded rapidly and we now employ over 140 people in nearly 30 depots and across four divisions, Hire, Manufacturing, VMS and Urban64.  We will continue to grow as we accelerate our product and service offering across the UK and Republic of Ireland.  As part of a structured growth plan we have appointed Vickery Holman to asset manage our commercial properties with Temple Bright acting for us on all legal matters.’

 

LDC invested £24m to back the management buyout led by chief executive Richard Tredwin and his management team. SRL is now undertaking a multimillion-pound capital investment programme to accelerate organic growth.
