On the instructions of East Devon District Council, Greg Oldrieve, prepared an Expert Witness report as a critique of Financial Viability Appraisals submitted to the Secretary of States Inspector as part of her Examination of the Local Plan covering the expansion of the Cranbrook settlement.
The expansion is intended to include c.4,000 new dwellings, community facilities, employment space and amenity land.
Following the submission and the Inspectors examination the Plan was endorsed and approved.
