Membership of the Commercial Property Network (CPN) connects us with independent commercial property firms throughout the UK. This enables us to introduce clients to trusted local specialists outside the South West, collaborate on multi-regional instructions and share market intelligence nationally.
Our Head of Commercial Agency, Joanne High, also serves on the CPN Board.
Approved public-sector procurement frameworks
For public-sector clients, we are an approved supplier on the Government Commercial Agency’s Estate Management Services 2 framework, covering:

Coordinated Building Regulations support
Through the LABC Partner Authority Scheme, we work with Cornwall Council to provide a coordinated approach to Building Regulations advice and plan checking.
This gives clients a consistent point of contact across projects in different local authority areas, while inspections remain the responsibility of the authority local to each project.
