Recognising the people behind our work
At Vickery Holman, we believe it is important to recognise the people behind the work we do. This means celebrating professional achievements and long-service milestones alongside the important life events experienced by our employees. These are among the highlights celebrated when we come together at our annual company days.
Celebrating long service
By the end of this year, the average length of service across our team will be around 11 years. Within that, 24 colleagues have approximately 15 years’ service or more, including two approaching an exceptional 40 years with Vickery Holman and a further four approaching 35 years.
These milestones represent an extraordinary amount of professional experience, knowledge and commitment. Our longest-serving employees have helped shape the company, supported generations of colleagues and built lasting relationships with our clients and professional contacts.
Welcoming new colleagues
At the same time, we are delighted to have welcomed three new starters during the year, with a further three new recruits expected to join the team before the end of the year.
They bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the business and, we hope, are taking the first steps towards their own long and rewarding careers with Vickery Holman.
