Sam specialises in commercial property management as well as business rates mitigation for commercial clients.
He joined Vickery Holman in April 2013, after previously working for two years as a general practice surveyor in Cornwall. Before that, Sam worked in Birmingham for more than 10 years in the private sector commercial property market, covering property management, landlord and tenant matters, investment acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen cook. In the summer he enjoys playing cricket, but generally he just loves being outside, whether he is walking, cycling or gardening.
