Ellie joined Vickery Holman as a Trainee Surveyor in September 2023, having graduated from the University of Reading, with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate.
During her training, Ellie gained experience across the Valuation, Business Rates and Lease Advisory teams, specialising in commercial and residential Red Book valuations for a range of purposes, including asset, pension, loan security, probate and taxation purposes.
Ellie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2026, achieving her MRICS qualification and becoming an RICS Registered Valuer. She is now a member of the Valuation team, undertaking commercial and residential Red Book valuations across Plymouth and Southeast Cornwall.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys horse riding, watching Formula 1, reading books and socialising with friends.
