Amy joined Vickery Holman in September 2018 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in 2020, having gained experience in all areas of general practice surveying. She is based in the Bristol office but is active across the region and is West Country born and bred.
Amy heads up the lease advisory team and specialises in undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals as well as providing advice on lease surrenders and producing market rent valuations. Her experience includes negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants on all main property types, plus dental practices, veterinary practices, storage yards and rent reviews on long leases. Amy has also acted as an expert witness in rent review and lease renewal 3rd party determinations, preparing expert reports and guiding the client through an often-complicated process.
In her time at Vickery Holman, Amy has also become a principle business rates surveyor, acting on a number of cases and providing advice to clients on business rates savings and mitigation.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys skiing, horse riding across the Mendips and competing in equestrian competitions.
