Alice joined Vickery Holman in January 2023 as a Senior Development Surveyor.
Alice has over 9 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, providing development consultancy advice including viability and development appraisals. Alice also undertakes valuation work for a wide range of clients including major banks, Registered Providers, Local Authorities and private individuals. She is a Member of RICS, a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. She was promoted to Associate at Vickery Holman in 2026.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys travelling around the world, playing padel and unwinding with Pilates.
