Tim joined Vickery Holman in December 2020 as a Development Surveyor. As a Registered Valuer, Tim provides development consultancy including viability, feasability and valuation. Tim has over 7 years experience in commercial property, with a strong emphasis on development land agency, strategic land disposals and acquisitions. Tim has been based in Bristol for over 4 years, developing development consultancy and strategic land consultancy for a range of clietns including Local Authority and Private sector organisations.
When he’s not working, Tim enjoys surfing, snowboarding, rugby and playing the drums.
