Kirsty Hodgson
Senior Building Surveyor
Kirsty joined Vickery Holman in 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor in their Bristol office. With a broad spectrum of experience across facilities, safety, compliance, project work and design whilst specialising in building surveying, Kirsty has experience working within both private and public sector as both client and consultant.
Kirsty has worked in all areas of the UK, mainly in project management, contract administration, condition surveying and the associated legal and legislative requirements running parallel to these proficiencies. She has experience dealing with all types of commercial and domestic property including retail, industrial, distribution, offices and specialist uses. Kirsty has worked on a variety of projects including equine and NHS hospitals, Grade II listed facades and interiors, plus major refurbishments and fit outs of offices and banks.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family, has an interest in education and social support as a Young Persons’ Mentor, and is part of two Bristol based Samba bands.
