Chantal joined Vickery Holman’s Exeter office in 2015 working in their agency and general practice departments before specialising in valuation. She has worked in the property industry for over 15 years, having previously worked with BNP Paribas Real Estate and LSL Corporate Client Department working in professional services and property management respectively.

After graduating with a BA (Hons) degree from University College Dublin, Chantal started working with BNP Paribas Real Estate and soon after completed her Masters in Real Estate in 2009. She is a Member of RICS, Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. Chantal moved to Bristol in 2017 and helped establish Vickery Holman in Bristol before being promoted to Associate in 2018 and Head of Bristol Office in 2022.

Chantal provides valuation advice to a range of clients including lenders, pension funds, charities, councils, local developers and property owners across all core commercial and residential markets including retail, office and industrial; residential portfolios, HMOs and development land. These include valuations for lending, Charities Act, matrimonial, probate, transactional and financial reporting purposes.

Outside work, Chantal is a keen cyclist and enjoys hiking and exploring new countryside with her family and dog. She also likes skiing and horse riding.
