We sell all forms of residential and commercial development land, with or without planning permission and can advise on the most appropriate marketing strategy, produce marketing material and co-ordinate the marketing process before negotiating and agreeing terms and liaising with solicitors through to completion.

There are many deal structures which should be considered in the sale of development land, including outright sale, conditional sales, option agreements, promotional agreements, and development partnerships.
