Project Monitoring

Vickery Holman undertake the project management of schemes, providing services tailored to suit the client’s requirements.

This can be provision of a full in-house service, whereby Vickery Holman will employ and be responsible for sub-consultants, such as mechanical, electrical and structural engineers. Alternatively, we can undertake the design and project management in liaison with client directly employed consultant engineers, or the client’s in-house engineers.

Vickery Holman can also undertake pure project management: providing project management as a stand-alone service with no other design involvement. We would provide the professional advice and management of the design team on behalf of the client.
