Vickery Holman's Three Peak Challenge

As with all good adventures it started in a pub, where a group of intrepid employees from Vickery Holman agreed to attempt to reach the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in aid of charity.

Starting on 06 August at Ben Nevis, which at 4,700 ft high it is the largest of the peaks. Battling against highly changeable conditions they will climb and descend this Scottish summit.

They then face the long drive to the Lake District to tackle the peak of Scafell Pike.

A scramble across difficult rocky terrain up 3,200 ft to the top.

The finish will be on the famous Welsh peak of Snowdon hopefully 24 hours from the start. At 3,560 ft high spectacular views towards the Irish Sea should prove a fitting end to this difficult challenge for the then weary walkers.

This Challenge is being undertaken to support some very worthy causes in the form of CLIC Sargent, Shelterbox, and Lionheart.
