Asbestos
Surveys
More than 50% of the Building Surveyors
are BIOHS qualified to MHDS100 standard enabling Type
I and Type II asbestos surveys to be undertaken either
as specific instruction or included within other services
being undertaken by the Building Surveying Team.

Buildings
A number of the Building Surveying
Team have a particular interest in conservation and
the historic built environment. Lead by Mike Spencer,
the Vickery Holman team is able to provide detailed
advice on historic buildings.
