At Envoy, we pride ourselves on providing a dedicated niche service. Whilst able to deal with a whole lot more, we have concentrated on Property Management. As part of Vickery Holman, we have access to all the expertise required but by focusing on one subject the service we provide is not diluted.

Over the last few years Envoy has grown as a company at a steady rate although we are always eager to accept new instructions! We manage a wide spectrum of properties including (but not limited to) multi-tenanted industrial estates, city centre office buildings, retail and leisure investments. We have a varied client base ranging from National plc companies to individual local investors and also residential management companies.

We aim to not just ‘collect rents’ but overhaul service charges, implement planned maintenance programmes and importantly, actively increase the value of your investments.

We are always happy to have an initial ‘no strings’ conversation and establish how we can save you money, increase your wealth or simply reduce the hassle of owning property.
