Confidential Sales

We are aware just how sensitive the Valuation and selling process can be for an operating business. For those who prefer to take the more cautious route, at least to start with, we can offer a more discreet service.

We can “mask” the identity of the business and manage the disposal as a “special project”, where a senior member of staff would handle your file. In some cases we may have a Buyer waiting to know about your business and we can work on an “off market” basis, asking the potential Buyer to sign our Confidentiality Agreement.

We are also well versed in handling more senior types of company disposals and we welcome exploratory talks on a confidential basis with directors who may wish to consider their options on their exit strategy.
