Jubilee Sea Pool Cafe, Penzance


Vickery Holman have recently commenced marketing café premises at the landmark Grade II Listed Jubilee Sea Pool, situated at the end of the Promenade in Penzance on behalf of Cornwall Council.

The catering unit measures 23.9 sq m (256 sq ft) and benefits from two outside seating areas overlooking the Jubilee Pool. A guide rent of £4,000 per annum is being quoted.

Tender submissions offers are required by 12 noon on Friday 25th November 2016. To submit a proposal please contact the agents for further information.

The premises are available by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a maximum term of 2 years commencing on the 3rd January 2017, with a mutual break on the first anniversary.

Open viewing sessions will be held on Thursday 10th November from 9:30 to 11:00 and Tuesday 22nd November from 14:00 to 16:30. Booking is not necessary.
